The Najera Foundation Scholarship Ceremony

The Najera Foundation in partnership with Banning High School will present scholarships to students that submitted essays. These students were tasked with writing a short essay and the top 5 winners were selected by a panel of judges, lawyers and paralegals. The winners will be announced at our awards ceremony which will take place on Sunday, July 14th in Wilmington, CA.

Our Najera Foundation Founder, Attorney E. Steve Najera, believes in supporting sports programs to enrich the lives of both our community and the youth. He was raised in Wilmington and the city and people are very special to him. We are grateful to be in collaboration with other community members and officials whose values align with our foundation.

We would like to extend a warm welcome to Councilman Tim McOsker, Superior Court Judge Honorable Israel Claustro, Attorney Patrick D. Martinez, Pastor Jonathon Garza, and Banning High School athletic coaches and students.
